At Sandra & Co we work with both Wholesale and Retail distribution models and operate in Spain, France, Portugal and Andorre.

Our Wholesale model consists of distributing to Department Stores and Boutiques, and our Retail model consists of setting up and managing our own front line stores and shop in shop models within department stores. We owe our success to a structure composed of seven pillars.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

We have a scrupulous analytical approach to all of our decisions. We initially carry out a thorough market analysis before introducing a brand in order to position it effectively, and follow a well thought out strategy to communicate and grow the brand in the most successful way.

KEY SALES PARTNERSHIPS

We value and take great care of our sales network. We maintain strong relationships with all the major department stores in our territories  (El Corte Inglés, Le Bon Marché, Galeries Lafayette, Pyrénées…) We work with Commercial Agents specialized in the different retail sectors and employ professional, service-driven Sales Associates to represent and promote our brands.

EFFICIENT LOGISTICS

As a part of our group, we have a large logistics company which provides us with their service for storing, packaging, picking and handling of all our products. This warehouse also services our online sales for marketplace websites. We pick up and deliver on a daily basis. This allows us to ensure quality of service to our customers in a timely manner.

POWERFUL COMMUNICATION

Our in-house Marketing department coordinates and synchronizes efforts with dedicated Communication Agencies in each territory for the different brands. These are top line Press Agencies which provide an effective, well rounded strategy involving relationships with editors, influencers, social media, events, regular press appearances and celebrity endorsements.

PROACTIVE MARKETING

We strongly believe in the power of marketing and visual merchandising and understand the importance of brand awareness, event planning and visuals to promote each brand. We are very active and emphasize on creativity and change – and do so with made to measure strategies. We participate in carefully chosen local events, pop-ups, windows, etc. We make sure our brands have a captivating and elegant in-store presence.

PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE

We focus on providing first-class customer service in line with our premium brands and we do so by being responsive and available in every situation.
